A total of 4 buildings and 26 apartments, this project was the first ESTET built. Dark brown hand-made bricks and travertine marbles are used across the facade. A variety of flats are developed, all made with top spec materials. All top floors are turned into 2 storey lofts with extra patio spaces. A design that makes a statement but also remains fresh through time. Contemporary, luxurious but with a down to earth approach
